Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans to management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international compliance standards.
Prepare factories for buyer inspections and third-party audits.
Follow up on corrective action plans (CAP) and ensure timely implementation.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for awareness on ethical practices and safety.
Monitor social compliance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with audit bodies and buyer compliance teams.
Ensure documentation is properly stored and available for instant access during audits.
Proceed BSCI , SEDEX and several international Audit.

Educational Requirements

Masters
Post Graduate (preferably in Law, Business, or related field)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 35 years
Must have audit handling experience
