Job Description / Responsibility
  • Visit to various districts frequently for land purpose.
  • Represent the Company in Legal Proceedings.
  • Design and oversee the Company’s Policy and position on Legal Matters.
  • Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
  • Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
  • Monitoring legal risk in land documentation and giving the correct advice for managing regulatory and compliance-related services.
  • Representing during purchases and sales of properties.
  • Ensuring that suitable approvals are prepared before property transactions are carried out.
  • Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
  • Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
  • Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Law (LLM) in Law, Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 40 to 55 years
  • Ability to visit outside of Dhaka frequently.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgement.
  • Technology and software knowledge.
  • Time management and organization.
  • Verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail.
