Job Description / Responsibility

This position have to look after few factories of Ashulia & Uttara Zone of this company and will have frequent factory visit to perform the below Job:
To aware workers about company policies.
To handle grievance from workers end.
Counseling with workers and floor staff.
Conducting different types of survey and report as per need.
Organize different types of workshop. Such as: Welfare Officer, HR Officer.
Conducting different types of workers committee, such as: PC, Safety, Grievance and Anti Harassment Committees.
Investigate on any types of grievance as per need, based on investigations report and insist the factory management necessary action.
Any other job given by the management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Masters

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 32 to 38 years
The Candidate has to be Smart, energetic and dedicated to the job
Has to be well educated and intelligent
Must be experienced to deal with the workers
Should heave well computing knowledge
Should have a very good communication skill
