Job Description / Responsibility
  • Key Responsibilities:·
  • Develop and manage fashionable ladies bag designs using PU leather and synthetic materials·
  • Prepare costing sheets for new product developments
  • Coordinate, communicate and connect with international buyers/customers·
  • Have strong communication with accessory suppliers and ability to manage sourcing·
  • Handle production follow-ups and ensure timely sample developments·
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to meet quality and delivery timelines·
  • Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers (for managerial roles)·
  • Liaise with design, development, and production teams for smooth workflow
  • Job Location Corporate Office at Dhaka and Factory at Valuka Zone.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments

Additional Job Requirements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have Connection with existing network in the accessories and raw material market
  • Team player with leadership potential (for managerial roles)
  • MUST Have Previous Experience in Fashion bag Design and Merchandising.
