Job Description / Responsibility

Set up SOP, process flow chart & process re-engineering to improve the different process.
Draft and design layout of equipment & workspace to reduce cost & non-value-added job.
Analyze productivity and improve the system by implementing the kaizen process.
Ensure smooth execution of washing production of the factory.
Plan & control of wet process & various types of garment washing.
Execute cost-cutting both in dry-process and wet-process.
Minimize wastage in all possible process .
Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine, and material in the wet process section.
Do proper utilization of manpower, well-train up the operators, process development & analysis.
Check the non-productive time and take initiative to minimize non-productive time.
Coordinate with Planning & Production Teams on achieving optimum production.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
BSc in Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 24 years
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
