Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
A 100% export-oriented leading woven garments manufacturing company invites you to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating world-class products for one of the largest global fashion brands, Inditex!
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and Inditex, ensuring all requirements are met promptly and professionally.
Manage and oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including order follow-up, production planning, and shipment scheduling.
Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery meet the buyer’s expectations and standards.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Monitor market trends, fashion forecasts, and competitor strategies to align product development with buyer preferences.
Handle costing and pricing negotiations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Collaborate with design and production teams to align collections with buyer requirements.
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and buyer reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product development, production, and shipments.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
B.Sc. in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 40 years
Minimum 10 years of merchandising experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role dealing with Inditex buyers.
Must have a thorough understanding of Inditex’s business model, quality standards, and ethical compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality control.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and merchandising.
