Job Description / Responsibility
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints for fabric.
  • Checking products for suitability and testing for performance under various conditions
  • Ensuring that products meet set requirements and specifications (e.g. color fastness, durability etc.
  • Evaluating, identifying, and selecting fabrics for garments making as per buyer requirement.
  • Problem solving and keeping up to date with trends and innovations.
  • Giving the approval prior to delivery requirement before Buyer approval considering buyer standard.
  • Develop chemicals that may be added to fabrics to make them more waterproof, flame- resistant or shrink-resistant also with cool comfort.
  • Experiment with textiles to improve their look, feel, texture and durability.
  • Risk analysis with production concern before bulk production and give them technical advice.
  • Producing sample fabric to ensure shade and quality before bulk production.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Washing Factory

  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
  • Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
