Job Description / Responsibility
  • Candidates should have the mindset to work in sweater manufacturing factory.
  • Establish quality control procedures for every step in the production process, from the design stage to the final product inspection.
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Manage quality control teams and professionals who inspect and test products for quality.
  • Analyze data and identifying areas for improvement for addressing those issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments as work with design, production, and sales teams to ensure quality standards at every stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and standards about changes in regulations, customer expectations, and trends to ensure that the company's quality control procedures remain effective.
  • Train all new staff to assign the position.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 28 years
  • Experience in relation of operations/production/quality assurance sector.
