Job Description / Responsibility
  • Self motivated.
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating new opportunity.
  • Development of new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact.
  • Maintain daily log book and client information.
  • Manage telephone calls and other mode of communication with customer.

Educational Requirements
  • BBA / MBA or Masters (preferably in Sales, Marketing & Development Communication) from any reputed Public / Private University.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Sales & Marketing from any reputed real estate company will give priority for this Job
  • Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Sales preferable in Real Estate sector
  • Male & Female are allowed to apply.
  • Candidates from Real Estate Background will get preference.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills.
  • Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility of duty time.Ability to achieve target duly on time
