Job Description / Responsibility
- About the Role:
- PlayD8 Ltd is a UK-based business process outsourcing company helping businesses scale with smart offshore staffing solutions. We’re hiring a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who can work across multiple industries—including education consultancy and healthcare staffing—while playing a key role in marketing, lead generation, and client outreach. This is an exciting growth role for a driven individual looking to build a long-term career with global exposure.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, other lead generation platform, email, and cold outreach
- Support outreach campaigns for PlayD8 and its partner brands
- Create and schedule engaging content for email, web, and social media
- Assist with client communication and prepare proposals
- Manage CRM records and participate in team check-ins
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Market Research Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Experience in sales or marketing (1+ year preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiar with Canva, CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach
- Basic understanding of UK markets in education or healthcare is a plus
- Proactive, confident, and able to manage multiple tasks remotely
