Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution
Assist in shaping the Cocojoy brand narrative across digital and offline platforms
Lead branding initiatives, campaign launches, and seasonal promotions
Work closely with design and creative teams to maintain consistent brand voice
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Develop content calendars, digital campaigns, and influencer collaborations
Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs (reach, engagement, ROAS)
Stay ahead of F&B trends, viral moments, and competitor activityTrade & Retail Marketing
Coordinate POSM, visibility tools, and in-store activations
Collaborate with Sales team on regional marketing plans and events
Ensure strong product presence across modern trade & general trade
Consumer Insights & ResearchConduct surveys, gather feedback, and analyze consumer behavior
Track competitor positioning and market movement
Turn insights into actionable brand decisionsVendor & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with agencies, event partners, designers, and printersManage budgets and ensure timely execution of projects

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
