Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GM/DGM/AGM - Marketing and Sales (Land Sales) to lead our sales team and drive strategic marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in land sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a track record of achieving sales targets while building and maintaining client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for land projects.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, brokers and stakeholders.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote land projects, targeting potential buyers and investors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital and traditional marketing materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitors and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic alliances to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for upcoming land projects.
- Keep liaison with valued and prospective clients, communicate and negotiate on behalf of the organization and complete all the procedures involved therein.
- Team Management:
- Train, mentor and supervise the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Develop KPIs and evaluate the performance of the team members.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and analysis to senior management.
- Monitor and manage the budget for marketing and sales activities
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- IBA, Dhaka University,University of Dhaka,North South University,BRAC University,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 38 to 50 years
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 7 years in a leadership role in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record in land sales and achieving high-value sales targets.
- Good knowledge about registration, deed, CS/SA/ RS/ BS Porcha & Khatian, map, Mouja and other related documents.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation and customer focus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong network in the real estate market is a plus.
