Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Monitor and ensure the sales team meets their individual and collective targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Expand the zone/area/territory’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective market penetration of Benzol Lubricants across retail, wholesale, and industrial sectors.
- Appoint and manage distributors and dealers in the territory as per TM guidelines
- Conduct periodic performance reviews of channel partners and provide necessary support.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and smooth supply chain operations.
- Motivate the sales partners to deliver exceptional performance and achieve retail sales objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address challenges.
- Drive branding and promotional initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Organize customer meetups, product demonstrations, and promotional events in the territory.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and dealers.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the Territory Manager.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to the management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
- Reporting to TM
- Have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- MBA will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 28 years
- 3-6 years of experience in sales marketing with distribution management in lubricant industry.
