Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Location: Barishal & Chitagong Division (Chandpur)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.
  • Find out the error & mismatch (If any) of DN & invoice and process for correction & completion.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Accounts, HR, Store & plant for all related issues.
  • Communicate & deliver report to the related people.
  • Motivate Team Members to ensure productivity & Sales target
  • Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors' warehouses, on a regular basis.
  • Ensure close monitoring of distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
  • Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
  • Prepare various reports on the performance of the products regularly.
  • Carry out different type of analysis like profitability analysis and sales trend analysis
  • Prepare accurate Product reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights to the management team. Your analytical abilities will assist in making data-driven decisions and driving future growth.
  • Expand our company's reach by actively participating in industry events and networking opportunities. Your presence and professional networking skills will contribute to enhancing our corporate brand image.
  • Prepare and submitting assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 28 years
  • Must Have Motorcycle.
  • Experience & Skills:
  • 5 year experience in similar field.
  • Good Communication Skills, Teamwork skills.
