Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans:
Set goals through discussion with Board of Directors

Managing the sales and marketing teams:

Analyzing market trends and competitor activities:
This helps the manager stay ahead of the curve and make informed decisions about marketing and sales strategies.
Managing and maintaining relationships with clients:

Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales and marketing activities:
