Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager / Manager – Corporate Sales (B2B) to lead business development in the industrial sector.
- This role will play generating new business, maintaining key client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
- This role will be responsible for leading a team, developing sales strategies, and conducting one-to-one customer visits to expand market reach and boost revenue.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve set sales targets and objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team, ensuring performance is aligned with the company’s goals.
- Conduct one-to-one visits with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Set performance goals for the sales team and monitor progress regularly.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure continuous development of the sales team.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paint
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales in industries like construction chemicals, industrial flooring, building materials, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of technical product sales and solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Must have own motorbike and valid driving license.
