Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for some smart, ambitious and target oriented professionals for for our Sales Department.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Shall be able to handle target oriented Sales job.
Self lead generation, Customer follow up, visit customer and project sites.
Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
Searching for new clients and maintaining good business relations with the existing clients.
Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
Work in a team and individually effectively in complex situations.
Execute all Sales activities as per the set plan of the organization.
Responding to customer complaints and comments.
Negotiation and sales closing skills.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Candidate must be a Post Graduate/ Graduate from any reputed University

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
At least 3 years practical experience in Real estate Sales.
Candidates having real estate sales experience presently in Bashundhara R/A will be given preference.
Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English and Bangla.
Computer proficiency.
