Job Description / Responsibility
  • About the Company:
  • Henney Bear BD is a rapidly growing company offering high-quality fashion and lifestyle products. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Field Marketing & Sales Executive to help expand our wholesale market.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Visit local markets and potential wholesale clients to promote and sell products
  • Identify and onboard new wholesale buyers
  • Maintain long-term client relationships
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Collect market feedback and report to management
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales and client communications
  • Location: Dhaka (Field-Based)

Educational Requirements
  • HSC, Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing (especially in wholesale or fieldwork)
  • Must have a motorcycle and a valid driving license
  • Willing to travel within Dhaka and nearby areas
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Honest, target-driven, and self-motivated

Other Benefits
Salary: BDT 15,000 - 20,000 (depending on experience) + Sales Commission
