Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
Foreign-based T-Shirt manufacturer based in Gazipur and 100% exporter of leading brands are requiring
Highly Qualified Quality Controller (QC).

Job Responsibilities
Participate in PP meeting and any Quality improvement initiatives
Good in coordination and follow-up of quality issues from different production processes to line
in-charge/supervisors
Knowledgeable on different type of samples (TOP, Shipping, rack, lab testing etc.)
Communicates with merchandisers for any fabric defects
Knowledgeable on 4points fabric inspection system
Reduces quality complaints and quality claims though regular quality check and assurance.
Ensures all random inspections are done on assigned section or department with reliable report
Has demonstrated experience on product safety standards
Can identify critical areas of Quality to monitor and focus on.
Knowledgeable on QC file per buyer; Follow up pre-final and final inspection.
Know how to read marker and hard pattern;
Familiar and knowledgeable of modern production machineries and equipment.
With technical sound knowledge on production quality adherence based on buyer requirements
and factory quality expectation in coordination with quality department.
Knowledgeable of how to change sewing needle for multiple gauge style.
Knowledgeable and experience on how to identify and prevent cutting, sewing & finishing
defects
Technical know-how on setting up sewing tension in accordance with sewing chart / method.
Recommend any line improvement as necessary.

Educational Requirements

At least High School or Vocational Graduate
Skills Required: T-shirt Factory
Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experienced in high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 5-6 years.
