Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
Foreign-based T-Shirt manufacturer based in Gazipur and 100% exporter of leading brands are requiring - Highly Qualified Production Manager.
Job Responsibilities - Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run modern machines such as Bullmar
- Automatic Cutting Machine and Sewing Machine using Sunrise Transport System Intelligence
- for Apparel – Sewing Hanger Line System
- With proven leadership skill for people management and know how to handle production issues
- with workers.
- Experienced in a fast pace high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 7-10 years.
- Oversee the daily operation of factory floors with effective communication and coordination
- skill with related department/section.
- A championed for production planning, organizing, directing and running the optimum capacity
- of the factory on daily basis.
- Accountability for production output, product quality and timely production and on time
- delivery based on production planning.
- Manage the whole production process including machine maintenance and improvement
- Directly lead workers & mid management for training and planning improvement
- Have demonstrated capability for efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily
- production target.
- Know how to prepare production and delivery schedule per line in collaboration with the
- planning department & section technicians. Expertise in production load management and line
- balancing as per buyer style requirement.
- With technical sound knowledge on production quality adherence based on buyer requirements
- and factory quality expectation in coordination with quality department.
- Recommend any line improvement as necessary.
Educational Requirements
- At least High School or Vocational Graduate in the technical field
- Skills Required: T-shirt manufacturing factory
- Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer
Experience Requirements
- At least 3-4 year(s) experience in the same position
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Experienced in high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 3-6 years.
