Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential sales avenues and gain a deep understanding of customer needs.
Proactively generate new business leads through a combination of cold calling, strategic networking, and targeted office visits.
Manage client relationships by scheduling meetings, actively listening to their requirements and concerns, and fostering trust.
Negotiate and close sales deals while effectively handling any objections or complaints that may arise.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve optimal results and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Gather valuable feedback from customers and prospects, and share insights with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
