Job Description / Responsibility

Establish and expand the sales and distribution network for our pan masala products
Leverage existing contacts with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the tobacco trade
Identify new business opportunities in both rural and urban markets
Educate and onboard retailers about the product, positioning, and sales techniques
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in real time
Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns
Prepare detailed market visit reports and provide insights for business improvement
Ability to work in a new company and help establish the sales department.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Diploma

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Tobacco

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 40 years
Candidates with prior experience in the Tobacco and FMCG sector are highly proffered.
