Job Description / Responsibility

As part of our expansion, we are looking for self-motivated and target-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team—female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital and direct sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Promote agro and grocery products through online and offline platforms.
- Communicate with clients, retailers, and partners via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist in creating marketing content and campaigns for social media.
- Maintain customer database, generate leads, and follow up regularly.
- Submit daily reports and attend virtual meetings with the team.
Educational Requirements
- HSC
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field (BSc in CSE will be given priority).
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 18 to 45 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Docs, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Prior experience in sales/marketing will be a plus.
- Prior experience in Laravel (deployment & optimization), Flutter SDK, and Node.js will be a plus
