Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement zonal sales strategies in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by effectively leading a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives.
- Build and manage relationships with key distributors, dealers, and bulk buyers within the zone.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities in the lubricant sector.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper market coverage and to support the sales team in closing key accounts.
- Supervise and guide team members through training, performance evaluation, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities within the zone.
- Prepare zonal sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for senior management review.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain credit control within company guidelines.
- Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction through prompt service delivery and issue resolution.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Wholesale, Trading or Export/Import, Automobile, Importer, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Fuel/Petroleum

- Strong knowledge of lubricant products and their applications in automotive, industrial, and commercial segments.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a regional sales team to achieve business objectives.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
- Strong decision-making capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic market environment.

- The candidate should have experience in sales / dealer sales preferably in Automobiles, Tyre and Lubricant industry.
