Job Description / Responsibility
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into confirmed sales
  • Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute innovative sales & marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and client service
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), preferably with a major in Marketing
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Security Service, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
  • Must possess an existing client database with a track record of conversion
  • Adequate understanding of the security industry and digital marketing trends
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Confident in phone-based deal closures and follow-ups
  • Experience in market research and lead generation
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Prior involvement in clubs, extracurricular activities, and competitions during academic life will be considered positively
