Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:
The Marketing Executives will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the relevant fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and new market segments to expand business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.
Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product offerings meet client needs.
Visit client sites and construction projects as needed for sales follow-ups.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and market developments.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
BBA/MBA - Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Experience
03–05 years of experience in marketing or sales of the following fields.
Sound knowledge of Resin Marketing (02 Position)
Injection Mould/Dies Marketing (02 Position)
Home appliance of Electrical & Electronics products (02 Position)
Cosmetic products (02 Position)
Various type of “Lock’’ marketing (05 Position)
Digital Marketing of various products (02 Position)
Additional Requirements
Must be able to speak English well.
Preference will be given to those who know Chinese.
Working ability with Chinese personnel.
Strong interpersonal, communication & information collection skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.
Computer skills (MS Office, email, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing and social media management tools)
