Assistant Manager/Manager, Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Support the creation and distribution of marketing content across various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
Help implement and track digital marketing activities including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Assist in conducting market research and analyzing campaign performance data to provide reports and insights.
Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
Support the management of marketing budgets for assigned projects and ensure adherence to guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product) and external partners/agencies.
Prepare marketing reports and presentations as required.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager/Director.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Agency, Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Boutique/ Fashion, Jewelry/Gem, Watch

Additional Job Requirements

Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Bengali preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge about video & photo editing.
