Job Description / Responsibility
  • This position is responsible for managing the overall Marketing & Merchandising department of a 100% export-oriented Knit Garment Factory. The main objective would be to maintain an efficient team structure, provide leadership, and implement innovative and cost-effective strategies.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Capable of Planning, Marketing and Business Development.
  • Should be capable of new Business Development and promotion with New Buyers.
  • Strong capability of Team Building and Team Management.
  • Knowledge about Knit Accessories, Sample development, and marketing-related product development, market survey, and negotiation skills.
  • Setting KPI for the department and close monitoring.
  • Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors, and all aspects of the company target.
  • Skill in costing, production planning, and technical knowledge.
  • Supervision & Monitoring marketing profitability and service reporting and other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years
