Job Description / Responsibility
- Analyze the company’s technological needs and develop effective software solutions for implementation.
- Lead and manage the software development team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Design secure and modern software architectures aligned with business goals.
- Ensure robust cyber security measures and manage information-related risks.
- Enhance business performance through the integration of innovative technologies.
- Identify bugs, conduct thorough troubleshooting, and ensure optimal software functionality.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Resolve any hardware/software issues, including Windows-based program problems.
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to all IT users within Akboria Limited.
- Ensure responsible use of company assets and maintain records of IT assets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain and secure IT systems including access levels, access controls, and network monitoring, with proper documentation.
- Monitor server operations, ensure data security, and manage regular data backups.
- Develop a fully controlled and secure IT network infrastructure for the corporate office and other premises.
- Update and maintain the CCTV system (IP cameras and DVR setup), configure attendance machines, and perform ongoing maintenance.
- Support digital marketing initiatives on Facebook and Instagram and assist with product listings on Daraz.
- Provide technical assistance in managing hotel Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Use the “TMS Portal” to monitor vehicle tracking and submit daily reports to management.
- Monitor the sales team using the “Team Tracker” system and submit daily reports to management.
- Manage and monitor Food Panda tabs and maintain communication with the respective managers.
- Process corporate mobile SIM bill payments through Flexiload.
- Monitor CCTV footage by unit and submit daily reports to management.
- Assist in salary disbursement through both cash and bank transfers. Implement software operations across all company units.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the management as and when required.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT)
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years

- Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
