Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a creative and proactive Entry-Level IT Automation Specialist to join our team! Your main goal will be to simplify day-to-day tasks for our employees by creating user-friendly, accessible automations and apps.
Develop easy-to-use automations to save employee time.
Create Automations using Microsoft Power Automate.
Design and maintain clear, effective Excel charts and graphical illustrations.
Recommend and implement new tools and software for process improvement.
Research and integrate AI solutions to enhance automation and efficiency.
Continuously improve existing workflows, automations, and apps.
Ensure all solutions are accessible, intuitive, and employee friendly.
