Job Description / Responsibility

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in web application development Practical experience leading development projects as a tech lead
Experience in system design and development using micro services or RESTful APIs
Proficiency with multiple development frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Spring, Gin, Laravel) Front-end development experience using JavaScript frameworks and Typescript
Development experience in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP
Experience in collaborative development using Git and GitHub Familiarity with automated testing and test frameworks
Experience with quality control processes in software development
Note: Although not required, please let us know if you have experience with any of the following:
Experience collaborating with product managers to advance development by working together on requirements and specifications
Experience recruiting engineers
Mentoring and developing engineering team members
Managing projects and products Working in a global team, including using text-based communication tools
Implementing or utilizing a design system Developing with accessibility best practices in mind
