Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager to support the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure across real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity across multiple buildings and project sites.
Job Responsibilities:
Install and configure routers, switches, access points, and other networking hardware at project sites.
Set up structured cabling systems (LAN, fiber optics, etc.) as per building layout and safety standards.
Coordinate with project engineers and contractors to integrate network systems during construction phases.
Conduct site surveys and prepare networking infrastructure plans for new developments.
Troubleshoot network-related issues (hardware/software) across real estate projects and head office.
Maintain records of installations, network diagrams, and documentation of IT assets.
Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and access control measures.
Work closely with vendors and ISPs for timely delivery and setup of internet and intranet services.
Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
Monitor network performance and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure all installations comply with relevant safety, legal, and environmental standards.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP & Analog) including cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and remote monitoring tools.
Design surveillance layouts in coordination with the safety and project management teams.
Monitor real-time CCTV feeds and review footage as needed to support safety and security incidents.
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure CCTV systems remain operational.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
