Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are hiring a Lead Android Developer to lead our Android app projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable mobile applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and leadership to our growing development team.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Android app development and deployment.
  • Design clean, scalable architecture and reusable code components.
  • Review code, set coding standards, and guide the development team.
  • Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
  • Integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party libraries.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure app stability and security.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews.
  • Stay updated with Android trends and best practices.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • 5+ years of Android development experience.
  • Strong skills in Kotlin, Jetpack components, and MVVM architecture.
  • Experience with Material Design and custom UI components.
  • Familiar with modular codebases, Clean Architecture, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Git, Firebase, Retrofit, Room, and CI/CD tools.
  • Good understanding of Play Store guidelines and app publishing.
  • Experience with JUnit, Espresso, performance profiling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter).
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, Jetpack Compose, and advanced networking.
