Job Description / Responsibility

Royal Mark Hotel is Hireing skillful & Exprience Assistant Manager- IT. Join our Dynamic Team for better job facilities and frindly working enviroment.
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the organization’s network, servers, and other IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
To help in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control for various software systems and internal tools.·
To assist in procuring, installing, and configuring new IT equipment and software to meet business needs.
To maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
Regularly monitor system performance and prepare reports on the health and security of the IT infrastructure.
Install, troubleshoot, and operate CCTV systems, monitor footage in real-time.
IT issues and ensure systems are running effectively.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 25 years
Education is relaxable for experienced candidates.
Ability to work under pressure.
