Job Description / Responsibility
- The Administrative Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth operations, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing team performance. This position involves coordinating sales activities, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to drive sales efficiency and achieve business goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination & Sales Support
- Assist in managing and coordinating the work of sales managers to maximize productivity.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to support the achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates at each stage.
- Sales Strategy & Process Improvement
- Develop, refine, and implement effective sales scripts and strategies.
- Continuously assess and enhance sales processes for better efficiency and results.
- Ensure proper utilization of CRM systems and maintain accurate sales data.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness.
- Generate reports on sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (marketing, customer service, operations, etc.).
- Ensure timely workflow and resolve any operational bottlenecks affecting sales.
- Administrative & Operational Duties
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM entries.
- Monitor sales team occupancy and workload distribution.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years

- Education & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or sales coordination role.
- Proven experience in sales operations, team coordination, or a similar administrative sales role.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent written communication skills for reports, emails, and process documentation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on process optimization and team performance.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales training or coaching is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead management systems.
