Job Description / Responsibility
  • Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and transaction recording
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts
  • Payroll entries/adjustments (as applicable)
  • Maintain and organize financial documents and records
  • Help prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements as needed
  • Communicate with clients (From US & Canada ) and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes
  • Use QuickBooks Online accounting software
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • QuickBooks pro adviser Certification
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Consultants

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum associate degree in accounting preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in: a) QuickBooks Online accounting software (ProAdvisor Certification is a plus) b) Microsoft Excel c) Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills·
  • Experience with one or more of the following tools is helpful: a) Slack b) Freshsales c) Google Workspace d) Financial Cents d) Canopy Tax Software
