Job Description / Responsibility

Drive corporate client acquisition by proactively identifying and approaching potential organizations to promote Group Life and Health insurance solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
Consistently achieve sales targets through lead conversion, consultative client engagement, and successful deal execution.
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, seamless policy renewals, and long-term partnership growth.
Leverage market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and enhance competitive advantage in group sales.
Collaborate closely with underwriting, operations, and client service teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and consistently high service standards throughout the client journey.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Insurance, Telecommunication, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 27 years
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Group Insurance/Corporate/B2B Sales.
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong strategic negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing high-value, mutually beneficial deals.
Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Skilled in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and market trends.
