Job Description / Responsibility

To ensure smooth and efficient finishing line operations by planning and supervising production activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading a team to meet daily targets with minimal downtime and optimal machine utilization.
Responsibilities:
Ensure uninterrupted production of quality products to meet daily targets.
Plan and coordinate production schedules based on set targets.
Optimize machine utilization to ensure maximum productivity.
Monitor production parameters, checklists, materials, and the overall work environment.
Implement and maintain quality control standards.
Assign and distribute tasks among team members as per the production plan.
Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Production Manager.
Collect and analyze operational information from relevant sources.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure timely paperwork updates.
Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
Supervise shift activities and ensure proper shift handovers.
Keep accurate records of employee attendance and working hours.
Report machine breakdowns to the Maintenance Department.
Participate in departmental and general meetings and training sessions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
