Job Description / Responsibility
- Titan Development is a New York-based construction and development company specializing in high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented individuals to join our remote team and support our projects from across the globe.
- Role Overview: We are hiring a detail-oriented Associate with an academic background in architecture or civil engineering. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled candidate based in Bangladesh to gain international exposure and hands-on experience in U.S.-based construction projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support project control functions including scheduling, budgeting and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing design drawings, construction documents, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with architect, engineers, and subcontractors to gather updates and ensure accurate project tracking.
- Prepare project reports, cost analyses, and performance dashboards.
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and drawing logs.
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation and change order reviews.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Architecture Firm, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in construction, project coordination, or design.
- Familiarity with construction documents, BOQs, and project workflows.
- Strong Excel skills: familiarity with project management tools (MS Project or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks across time zones.
