Job Description / Responsibility
- Supervise Electromechanical installation activities (e.g., Electrification, Substation, Generator, VRF, Fire Fighting, Ventilation, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- In-depth knowledge of electromechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., BNBC, NEC, NFPA) is essential.
- Proficiency in using design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and similar tools for electromechanical systems design and documentation.
- To prepare accurate cost estimates for electromechanical systems, track costs throughout the project, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing electromechanical aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, clients, team members, and contractors.
- Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including electromechanical drawings, specifications, reports, and change orders.
- To emphasize quality control and assurance to ensure that electromechanical systems meet design specifications and industry standards.
- Ability to generate regular progress reports, document construction activities, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the timely completion of electro-mechanical works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing Electro Mechanical installations.
- Identifying and fixing issues with Electric, Substation, Generator, VRF, Firefighting, and other electromechanical equipment.
- Prepare BOQ, send material requisition, Measurement of works done, and Checking bill of Electro Mechanical works.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Min 3-5 years (in which Min 2 years of HVAC/VRF works).
- Expertise: Site Supervision for MEP works.
- Must have computer knowledge of Auto-Cad, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Additional Requirements: ABC License & IEB Membership (If possible)
- Should have Smartness, stamina & strong physical ability to work under pressure.
