Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prepare project schedules, estimates, and material requirement plans.
  • Supervise on-site civil work ensuring quality, safety, and design accuracy.
  • Coordinate between engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and submit daily reports to project management.
  • Ensure cost control and prevent material wastage on site.
  • Conduct soil, structural, and material quality tests as needed.
  • Prepare project handover documentation and verify project completion.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of construction laws and safety regulations.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Tannery/Footwear
