Job Description / Responsibility
- PASHA Transformers Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Manager – Operations! We're seeking an experienced professional committed to excellence to lead our Operations team and drive organizational success. Join us and be part of a leading, innovative company!
- Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations department to ensure quality production and on time delivery.
- Oversee and manage the entire production process ensuring compliance.
- Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment and materials to maximize productivity minimizing costs.
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
- Ensure excellent co-ordination between production planning and other support functions across the company.
- Forecasting of future project, estimate production cost, stay updated on the product prices and market conditions.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and quality objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality control, to resolve production issues and implement improvements.
- Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Must have knowledge of manufacturing products as per client requirements & specifications.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Maintain verbal and written communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms
