Job Description / Responsibility

Create and enforce quality control standard operating procedures.
Implement various production and quality tools.
Analyze factory production data and devising improvement strategies as necessary.
To keep a close eye on key production metrics. By constantly analyzing this data, identify and address gaps in production before they become major issues.
Create production data reports & preparing quality reports.
Writing technical presentations and documents.

Educational Requirements

BSc/bachelors.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Min. 5 Years’ work experience, preferably in the bicycle industry.
The ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and strong willingness to follow the quality aspect and on-time delivery.
Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player.
Personally, being interested in the bicycle sector, lifestyle and industry would be an advantage.
Must have excellent computer literacy and MS Office skills.
English proficiency is a must.
