Job Description / Responsibility

Lead the design process from concept to construction documents.
Develop and manage architectural plans, specifications, and timelines.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams.
Conduct team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
Create innovative designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
Review designs to ensure quality and code compliance.
Oversee construction documents and conduct site visits to monitor progress.
Resolve design-related issues and client concerns.
Manage project budgets and negotiate with consultants and contractors.
Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning laws.
Maintain organized project documentation and prepare reports for senior management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
