Job Description / Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities·
- Handle employee tax calculations, deductions, challan submissions, and assist in return submissions.·
- Calculate and submit company taxes and maintain up-to-date compliance.
- Oversee TDS & VDS deductions, reconciliations, and monthly return filings.
- Collect and maintain AIT certificates.
- Maintain VAT current accounts and VAT register.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as per IFRS & IAS.Perform financial transactions in line with standard accounting practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping of accounts.
- Manage accounting records including vouchers, inventory, cash budget, cash book, and bank book.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Partly qualified CA/CMA/ACCA will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidates with qualifications as Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) or income tax lawyer will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Textile, Spinning

- Age 27 to 40 years
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, VAT, and financial reporting standards (IFRS & IAS).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Additional Responsibilities·
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory reporting deadlines.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.· Keep accounting Information updated with accurate entries
