Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for experienced payroll officer who has been doing the payroll job for foreign company's for last two to five years.
Responsibility:
To ensure input of personal files for newly recruited employees and all others relevant information update in payroll system.
To monitor daily staffs and workers leave, attendance and others attendance related issues update to payroll software with comparing related records and documents.
Prepare various types of payment sheet like, salary, OT/ Allowance Sheet, Festival Bonus, Maternity benefit, Earn Leave Encashment, annul Increment, Lunch bill, Dinner bill, Ifter bill etc.(By payroll Softwere)
Prepare weekly payment statements, payment advice, bank advice, pay slip, tax calculation sheet and maintaining employee master data.Handle payroll deductions (taxes, garnishments, loans, etc.).
Responds to employee questions and requests for information in timely and knowledgeable way.
Prepare monthly employee separation list and as per policy ensuring their final statement.
Assist in preparing annual budgets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Previous experience with payroll processing
Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software
Strong organizational skills
Able to handle confidential information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
