Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
Monitor and track cash flow, daily transactions, and budget utilization.
Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
Ensure all tax and VAT documentation are submitted correctly and timely.
Assist external auditors and coordinate audit processes efficiently.
Maintain financial security by following internal controls and policies.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and resolve discrepancies quickly.
Support payroll preparation by ensuring relevant data is collected and processed.

Educational Requirements

Post Graduate (preferably in Accounting or Finance)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
