Job Description / Responsibility

Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve any variances or issues related to account balances.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Generate reports for management and stakeholders to aid in financial analysis and decision-making.Budgeting and ForecastingAssist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights into variances and financial performance.
Support financial forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and projecting future revenues and expenses.
Tax Compliance
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure the organization meets its tax obligations.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Manage accounts payable processes, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing customers and tracking payments.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc)

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
