Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC) is searching energetic, having sound knowledge in accounts and finance with good academic records as Junior Accounts Executive.
Job Responsibilities
To maintain all necessary books of accounts for respective institution as assigned.
To prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by authority.
Should have enough knowledge and experience on maintaining cash book, banking, (VAT, Tax - Optional), vendor payment, maintaining accounts receivable, payable etc.
To ensure preparation and submission of periodic (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) financial statements and analysis of financial data and presents it to respective authority.
Willingness to work under pressure.
Should have excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.

Educational Requirements

BBA, MBA (Accounting) or Masters in Accounting

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 25 years
Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 year(s) in Accounts department
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in related fields.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel and Sound knowledge in IT
Strong communication skills in English and Bengali (Oral and written)
Drafting, proofreading and editing skills
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and cover new roles/requirements at short notice.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Reliability with patience and professionalism
