Location: Bijaysarani, Dhaka
Office hour: 3:00pm-8:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Preparing and filing tax returns.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or relevent department

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Technical Skills & Expertise:
Knowledge of Accounting Practices: A strong understanding of accounting principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Financial Statement Preparation: The ability to prepare accurate financial statements like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
Statements and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Accounting Software and Applications: Comfort with accounting software and information technology.
Audit and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding regulatory standards and accounting principles.
Tax Preparation: Knowledge of tax laws and the ability to prepare tax returns.
Soft Skills & Professional Qualities:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Teamwork: Proactive, energetic, and committed to contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Preferred Experience:
Internships: Practical experience gained through internships in accounting firms or corporate accounting departments.
Relevant Work Experience: Experience in roles such as accounting clerk, bookkeeper, or payroll specialist.
